Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports for group reporting
• Responsible for daily accounting and finance operations
• Responsible for daily bookkeeping activities
• Assist in checking invoices and prepare vendor payments
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• To work closely with the finance team of PRC subsidiaries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• To liaise with auditors and professional regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Assist in ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder/Professional Diploma in Accounting/Business Administrations or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• HKICPA/ACCA  semi-finalist or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in listed Company is preferred
• Good presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in application of Microsoft Office
• Mature, self-motivated, independent with good analytical skills
• Occasional travelling
