Report to: Regional Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Description:

Line bank reconciliation
Prepare and input monthly payment for staff expenses reimbursement report (e-forms)
Distribute the vendor invoices to the correct parties for approval and make sure the invoices are returning on time for payment; follow up with problematic invoices
Check proper approval with signatures on all line invoices according to four-eye principles within limit of authority and correct interface from various system to DACs for TT payments
Input line expenses to DACs for invoices not interface from other systems for TT payments, including M&R expenses, commission, claims, rebates, refunds etc.
Input in DACs for all other entries, including bank items, auto payment for Trade Link declaration fee, miscellaneous incoming funds etc.
Run DACs TT payment cycles for line invoices outstanding, including 77 settlements and journalized vouchers
Reconciling vendor statement of accounts on a regular basis and follow up with vendor queries
Check and arrange line payments in HSBCnet for COS payments
Timely monitor balance check report of accounts payable
Assist in year-end closing and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

Accounting diploma at least 2 years experience in Accounting and Shipping industry
Good language skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
Good communication skills
Advanced accounting knowledge
Computer skills
