Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting works, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, receipt, payment arrangement
- Book keeping and accounting data entry
- Handle HR duties including recruitment, payroll, attendance record, annual leave record etc.
- Provide administrative support
- Assist ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above; with formal training in accounting is preferred
- LCCI Intermediate Level or above
- 2 years or above relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good command in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Familiar in use Microsoft office especially good in excel
- Stable, responsible and detail-minded
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
