Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the reports and monthly management accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries
• Supervise the subordinates of the Group to complete all the accounting tasks
• Prepare cash flow summary of the Group and its subsidiaries
• Monitor the bank accounts of the Group and its subsidiaries, support on treasury operations and compile data for treasury related reports
• Assist in preparing group consolidation
• Assist in establishing, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures
• Oversee and lead the accounting staff of the Group in complying with the Group’s internal control requirements and procedures
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the Group’s automated financial systems
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
• Prepare tax computation and assist in tax planning
• Perform any other duties as directed and assigned by the Group at any time and from time to time

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, ACCA/HKSA
• 5 years of relevant work experience of which at least 2 years in a local/US listed company & audit experience preferred
• Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills
• Drive, enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, and able to operate independently
• Knowledge in local accounting principles, tax issues and legal practice of Hong Kong and US preferred
• Good leadership skills and able to lead small team
• Excellent communication skill and fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
