Job Duties

• Report to the Finance Manager;
• Maintain account ledger entries and prepare accounting schedules;
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly management reports and FRR;
• Support both the daily functionalities of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
• Arrange fund transfers from/to client trust accounts;
• Support banking transactions & monitor accounting related transactions;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines;
• 5 years or above relevant accounting experience, with experience in securities, futures and/or asset management company is advantageous but not essential;
• Responsible, well organized and attention in details;
• Proficient in Putonghua is a definite advantage.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as accounting officer.
