Job Description

Company Profile: Our client is a art gallery company. Their business mainly own the gallery for Asian artist. They are now looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position.

Location: Quarry Bay

Job Summary

Provide accounting and clerical support to the gallery
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Provide assistance and support to company personnel, payroll and MPF
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Liaise with accounting department of Tokyo and Taipei subsidiaries

Required Experience

Fluent Japanese-speaking/JPLT N2 or above
At least 2 year of relevant work experience, preferably handling of full set of accounting
Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Excel
Proficiency in Japanese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Willing to learn and with interest of Japanese culture
Knowledge of art and work experience in art-related business is a plus
