Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts

• Process daily data entry (including general ledger, accounts payable & receivable)

• Prepare invoice, cheque, vouchers, receipts, petty cash and bank reconciliation

• Check customer and vendor statements and credit control

• Assist in preparing month-end closing reports and analysis

• Able to handle ad hoc tasks when required

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or DSE above with LCC&I Level two

• At least 2 years accounting experience in handling full set of accounts

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Immediate available will be an advantage

• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
