Responsibilities:

• As a key member of senior management and the head of finance & accounting functions accountable for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of the group
• Responsible for financial planning & management, cash flow management, tax planning and budgeting.
• Review, develop and implement financial controlling policies and procedures
• Manage a sizable team to develop plan, organize activities and manage resources to successfully accomplish finance and accounting projects on schedules and deadlines
• Lead financial planning cycle, ensuring timely completion and accurate forecasting; provided monthly and quarterly variance analyses and financial matrix
• Participate in business development feasibility study, due diligence review, and ad hoc business projects
• Identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendation to improve operational excellence
• Perform risk assessment on overall group's operation as well as implementing risk control policies and procedures
• To coordinate with all stakeholders including internal customers, auditors, vendor and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of periodic financial and accounting auditing and reporting tasks
• To develop finance business partnering relations and support for non-finance business stakeholders and operating divisions, and to guide and steer their planning and reporting responsibility and process

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, OR Qualified Accountant with ACCA OR other equivalent qualified accountant disciplines with minimum 8+ years on Strategic financial management experiences
• Knowledge with accounting, listing standards and taxation rules preferable
• Large corporate or multi-national experiences an advantage 
• Proven capability to interact and influence senior leaders, internal & external stakeholders
• Strong team leadership, budgeting & people resources planning, project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered senior positions
