Responsibilities:

• Handle bank reconciliation journal entries.
• Responsible for telephone calls to the customers for collecting overdue payment.
• Preparing accounting documents and data input
• Filing of documents and back-up of data for archive purpose;
• Perform accounts payable and receivable including bills and payment records.
• Provide general clerical support on routine accounting & administrative matters
• Ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline/LCCI-higher level
• At least 1-2 years experiences in account & administrative assistant
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and handle problem independently
• Immediate availability would be an advantage
