Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operating bank reconciliation
- Custodian bank reconciliation
- Handle daily routine tasks including bill payment
- Handle monthly salary payslip, MPF, expense reimbursement, petty cash
- Handle timing of renewal of services / notify management before service cancellation deadline of each service providers
- Work closely with accountant to supply required data to prepare for bookeeping, audit, FRR
- Filing and securing internal files
- Liaise with vendor for repairing / ordering / replenishing office items
- Handle other admin/HR/secretarial/other ad hoc assignments as required
- Act as CEO personal assistance to handle other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirement:
- Some accounting experience preferred
- 1-2 years of admin and personal assistance experience
- Good PC knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Self-driven, patient, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
