Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing full sets of accounts for a few Asia entities, mainly HK, Japan and Korea
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting and ad hoc assignments under the guidance of the superior
• Perform general accounting duties for a number of group companies
• Review AP and AR work performed by subordinates
• Coordinate with Sales/CS team on contract and billing
• Coordinate with external auditor on annual audit and taxation
• Commission computation

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Part-qualified with at least 1 year experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in working in multi-national companies
• Detailed-oriented with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and high level of integrity
• Self-motivated, proactive, stable and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good time management with multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available is preferred
