Duties:

  • Perform general administrative and back up sales team duties 
  • Maintain and update the filing system / internal circulation and dispatch service
  • To handle procurement and maintenance of office equipment
  • To deal with service providers including price quotations
  • To assist in ad hoc projects and company activities
  • Manage stationery, pantry and office supplies and handle maintenance of office equipment
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Group.

 Qualifications:

  •  Energetic, Flexible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure is a must
  •  F.7 & above with 2-3 year experience in Office Administration
  •  Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  •  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  •  Familiar with MS Office applications

We offer:

Salary:                 Negotiable + Discretionary Bonus

Working hours:   0900-1800 hr, 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday off)
