Duties:
- Perform general administrative and back up sales team duties
- Maintain and update the filing system / internal circulation and dispatch service
- To handle procurement and maintenance of office equipment
- To deal with service providers including price quotations
- To assist in ad hoc projects and company activities
- Manage stationery, pantry and office supplies and handle maintenance of office equipment
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Group.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, Flexible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure is a must
- F.7 & above with 2-3 year experience in Office Administration
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office applications
We offer:
Salary: Negotiable + Discretionary Bonus
Working hours: 0900-1800 hr, 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday off)
