Responsibilities:

• Manage overall daily retail shops operations. Ensure effective communication and act as the key contact point between office and retail shops for coordination of operational activities
• Provide clerical and administrative support to operations team and retail shops, e.g. update and monitor shop roster, arrange regular stock-takes etc
• Follow up orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare regular analysis reports
• Assist in the coordination of new store opening/renovation project
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet retail operations and business needs

Requirements:

• F.7 or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in retail operation/operation administration and retail industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, good communication skill and well-organized
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of POS operation and prefer implementation experience
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
