Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •        Handle inquiries, incidents and problems via phone and email in a professional manner
  •        Assist in daily operations and documentation
  •        Follow up orders with Engineers
  •        Support Service Team daily operation
  •        General clerical support

Requirements:

  •        Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •        Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  •        Native Cantonese, good command in spoken and written English
  •        Willing to learn, polite, patient
  •        Good teamwork with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  •        F5 or above
