Responsibilities:

• Conduct the training program to ensure front line members to deliver a high level of services
• Review and update the training materials and manuals
• Identify and analyze the training needs, set training strategies and design or modify the training program to lift up the services skills of front lines members
• Measure and quantify the effectiveness of all training delivered
• Plan and set incentive program for preserving services standard 
• Collaborate with operation team to ensure the training needs are fully met with corporate standards
• Summarize the opinion from customer survey and prepare the report
• Investigate the customer complaints and reply the customers

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years training experience in F&B/Catering/Hotel industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience of F&B front line services is necessary for understanding/anticipating customer's expectation
• Those with retail services experiences of premium brands/product will also be considered
• A good team player, self-disciplined, organized and able to work under fast-paced working environment
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Service Trainer
