A position now opens for an energetic and high caliber candidate to join our office in Wong Chuk Hang,

Job Duties

• Handle full set of shipping documents
• Coordinate with factories, customers and forwarder agents to arrange logistics for import, export and local delivery
• Prepare purchase order and follow up with factory to ensure on-time delivery
• Perform all-rounded office administrative duties, such as handle telephone calls, courier, office equipment  maintenance, office supplies and stationery ordering
• Provide necessary operation support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Form 6 / DSE holder or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Handle full set of I/E documents
• Hands on experience in Tradelink is a must
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferable
• Enjoy team work and able to multi-task
• Mature, independent, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, attention to details and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
