Job Description

Duties

Manage center operations and perform general administration duties
Handle walk-in inquiries, incoming calls, and tuition payment
Liaise with teacher for updating student process and feedback to parents
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Form 7 graduate or above, with 1 -2 year experience in a customer service or related field
Positive attitude and good communication skill
Familiar in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Fluent in Cantonese and English
5 days work and willing to work on Saturdays
