Job Description

Our client is a well-known French-based FMCG company. They are now expanding their business in Hong Kong and now looking for the high calibre to join their team as Sales & Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible for price management, order management, sales volumes & Margin follow up etc.
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Generate and consolidate monthly sales reports
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and feature

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG
  • Organization skill in timely manner
  • Good communication within the team and with Overseas subsidiaries
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Highly motivated, detail minded and strong sense of responisbility
