Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administration activities
- Set up and handle travels
- Prepare various documents including meeting notes, minutes etc.
- Undertake system/regulatory/ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Colleague or above
- 1 - 2 years' or above experience in Banking / Finance / Fund Administration;
- Familiar with the business / operations of asset management will be an advantage;
- Organized, Independent, able to work under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within tight deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, etc.
