Job Description

Responsibilities:           

  • Responsible for general office administration activities
  • Set up and handle travels
  • Prepare various documents including meeting notes, minutes etc.
  • Undertake system/regulatory/ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Colleague or above
  • 1 - 2 years' or above experience in Banking / Finance / Fund  Administration;
  • Familiar with the business / operations of asset management will be an advantage;
  • Organized, Independent, able to work under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within tight deadline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, etc.
