Golik is a manufacturer and supplier prefabricated reinforcement cage, cut-and-bend reinforcing bars, steel fabrics and reinforcement in Hong Kong and with a successful history of contributing to the city’s development since 1977. Our sales and production activities are based in both Hong Kong and Guangdong, China and we are part of the publicly-listed company Golik Holdings Limited (1118.HK).     

Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement and office renovation etc;
• Organize and distribute the couriers and fax documents;
• Arrange conference room booking schedule and ensure the tidiness of rooms;
• Assist in the procurement of trading items;
• Traveling arrangement including hotel reservations and air-tickets booking; and
• Assist in HR activities including recruitment, leave management, and maintain all relevant files.

Requirements

• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
• Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. (Alternate - refer to staff roster for details)
