Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various all-rounded human resource functions including recruitment, leave maintenance, payroll, tax return, training administration and insurance
  • Assist in various office administration functions including daily administration operations, office supplies, vendor coordination and staff activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Good command in Chinese, English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in various computer applications
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently

 

* Contract Period: Mid April to Mid August 2018
* Fresh graduate with part-time experience will also be considered
