Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office administration
• Plan and organize company activities and outings
• Take the lead in corporate newsletter drafting and publishing
• Organize CSR “Corporate Social Responsibility” related activities
• Assist in different ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are also welcomed and will be considered as Assistant Admin Officer
• Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Mature, hardworking, energetic, a good team player and can work in multi-tasking environment
• Highly independent
