Our client, Hong Kong Listed company, with office in BJ, SH and U.S. It’s in the entertainment business in global landscape, especially in the visual effects and virtual reality area.

Location : Central (5 days work)

Business & Admin. Support Executive (Frequency travel)

Salary : HK$ 20,000- 25,000 x 12 months plus disc. bonus

Requirements:

a) Degree plus  2-5 years working experience in supporting high level executives

b)Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work with all levels of parties from internal and external

c) Experience effectively managing office activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

d)Good organizational skills and strong time management

f)Strong ability to create charts, presentations, databases, graphs, and spreadsheets

g) Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointment arrangements

h) Perform various executive and administrative support

i) Prepare, compose and edit professional correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

j) Determination, responsible and flexible.

j)  Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

k)Frequent travel to BJ, SH and U.S. upon request
