Responsibilities:

• Sales support work to Sales Director for any business related activities and project co-ordination
• Responsible in Secretarial/ Coordination field
• Attend different events and meetings
• Manage customers' accounts and follow up on customer interactions
• Establish strong relationship with content providers and partners
• Client liaison, coordination with customer, internal teams and vendors in duration of implementation
• Follow up and manage house account add-on contract
• Ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Sales Director
• Ability to handle multi-tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in sales support or Customer services; experience in IT or Telecom sector is a preference but not a must.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent quality and accuracy.
• Proactive, independent, outgoing and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
