The Roles:

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, you are required to provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives in a well-organised and timely manner:

• Manage correspondence and liaise with internal and external parties on cross regional / operational projects;
• Independently manage multiple projects as assigned by the executive related to office operations and personal affairs;
• Handle filing, maintenance and confidential documents;
• Meet and greet customers and handle general enquiries;
• Assist in daily office management and ad hoc project when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years'experience in personal assistant / executive assistant in supporting senior management, experience in office management is a plus;
• Well-versed in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing;
• Able to maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information and data;
• Self-motivated and with a willingness to take and manage multiple tasks with good time management to meet strict deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Immediately available is preferable.
