Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting visitors, handle incoming / outgoing calls, mails and deliveries.
  • Handle client enquiry
  • Independent handling of Administrative work

Requirements:

  • University graduate, 1 year or above relevant working experience is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills in MS word, Excel and Outlook
  • Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded, self initiated, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Stable working hour, work overtime is not required
  • Performance Bonus
  • Immediate available is preferable
