Responsibilities:

• Summarizing and analyzing operation data of oil terminal, verifying surplus/shortage, and responsible for monthly report;
• Managing storage distribution for oil products;
• Coordinating with internal parties to process orders;
• Assisting in quality management and monitoring of terminal operation;
• Operating electronic import/export declaration.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years’ work experience, experience in petroleum & chemical industry is an advantage;
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred;
• Responsible with good communication skills;
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing;
• Command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English.
