Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform general receptionist duties such as handling phone calls, greeting customers and patients
- Assist in handle customers’ booking and registration
- Arrange courier services, incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain conference room bookings
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Presentable and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motived, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
