Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Imp/Exp documents, banking documents, customs declaration etc
- Perform shipping procedures, from factory to warehouse and vessel booking
- Provide clerical support to team, such as handle telephone enquiries, data entry and document filing
- Communicate with external and internal parties
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1 year or above experience in electronics industry,with experience in handling Import and Export documents
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Stable and reliable required
- Well-organized, Independent, Self-motivated and Hard-working
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
