Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of Imp/Exp documents, banking documents, customs declaration etc
  • Perform shipping procedures, from factory to warehouse and vessel booking
  • Provide clerical support to team, such as handle telephone enquiries, data entry and document filing
  • Communicate with external and internal parties
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year or above experience in electronics industry,with experience in handling Import and Export documents 
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Stable and reliable required
  • Well-organizedIndependent, Self-motivated and Hard-working
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
