Requirements:

·         Certificate holder or above  

·         Minimum 1 year customer services experience 

·         Good telephone manner and communications skills 

·         Customer-oriented and interest in dealing with people 

·         Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese) is required, English and Mandarin are also preferable 

·         IT knowledge is an advantage

Job Responsibility:

·         Handle incoming support calls from clients and liaise with related parties for follow up actions

·         Monitor progress of support cases and handle case escalation

·         Prepare service agreement and handle relevant data entry
