RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a generalist with full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, training & development, performance management and employee relations.
• Provide support for routine human resources duties such as handling attendance and leave record, updating personnel information, preparing final payment in HK / Macau / Greater China
• HR Planning in Shop Opening & Closure
• Coordinate and maintain effective communications with all line managers and external parties to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives
• Compile HR statistics and analytic report
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years solid HR experience of which a focus in generalist functions gained from F&B Industry
• Attentive to the details, well-organized, able to work independently with tight schedule
• Good coordination skills with a responsible and mature manner
• Strong numeric ability; Attention to details with high level of accuracy
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; Macau and Greater China related regulations/ ordinances
• Candidate with M&A experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Travel to PRC is required occasionally
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
