Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including preparation of journals, account analysis, and reconciliation.
• Oversee the general accounting function and cash flow management
• Check correctness of receiving and prepare accounts payable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers , excel spreadsheets and reports
• Liaise with external auditors on annual statutory audit and tax filing
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• an internationally recognized accounting qualification
• 4-5 years relevant experience with retail industry is a definite advantage
• Strong computer literacy in MS Excel, Knowledge in CAC ERP Software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player with positive attitudes
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines.
