Responsibilities: -

• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior management on personal and business activities
• Assist in property management, household maintenance, supervision of drivers and domestic helpers
• Experience in household management is a must
• Assist in extensive travel and meeting arrangements, minutes taking if required
• Prepare documents, translation, presentation materials
• Maintain efficient filing system and record management
• Perform ad hoc assignments if required

Requirement: 

• Diploma holder with formal secretarial training
• At least 4 years relevant working experience
• Holder of Qualified First Aider Certificate is preferable
• Knowledge in nursing is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Putonghua
• Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, flexible and positive
• High confidential and trustworthy, can work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Willing to travel if required
