Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the restaurant

• Ensure restaurant are compliance with the food and work safety and hygiene inspection standard & requirement.

• To maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food and beverage and also service offerings.

• Monitor the performance of all staff, to comply with good discipline and achieve the company’s mission

• Involve new join staff documentations, roster, attendance and so on

• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency

• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

   

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Catering / Hospitality, Operations management or related field preferred

• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable chain catering restaurant

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, in-depth Operational knowledge and strong passion in Food & Beverage industry

• Strong leadership and excellent organization skills

• Good team player and interpersonal skill

• Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills

• Good in Cantonese and English

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as District Manager
