Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the restaurant

Ensure restaurant are compliance with the food and work safety and hygiene inspection standard & requirement.

To maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food and beverage and also service offerings.

Monitor the performance of all staff, to comply with good discipline and achieve the company’s mission
-
Involve new join staff documentations, roster, attendance and so on
-
Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency

Handle ad-hoc projects as required
Requirement
-
Degree/ Diploma holder in Catering / Hospitality, Operations management or related field preferred
-
At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable chain catering restaurant

Strong business acumen, analytical skills, in-depth Operational knowledge and strong passion in Food & Beverage industry

Strong leadership and excellent organization skills
-
Good team player and interpersonal skill
-
Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
-
Good in Cantonese and English
-
Candidate with more experience will be considered as District Manager
