Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial documents and give professional advice and translation;
• Assist in local and overseas regulatory affairs, such as telecommunications license application, renewal, filing or statutory returns, etc. 
• Conduct legal and regulatory researches
• Participate and support division daily works and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Laws
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in telecommunications or related industry
• Solid experience in drafting and reviewing commercial documents as well as giving legal advice
• Ability to conduct legal and regulatory research independently
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
