Job Description

• Carry out daily treasury operations including handling deposit placement, loan administration, and executing inter-account transfer transactions.
• Assist in operations of foreign exchange dealings in accordance with the Supervisor’s instructions and business plans and policies.
• Conduct market intelligence and prepare treasury reports for management review.
• Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements.
• Prepare bank account open and closing documents.
• Prepare treasury reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flows and prepare funding plans.
• Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.
• Provide other administrative support and maintain filing system to the team as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree with at least 1 year banking, treasury or account related working experience. 
• Previous experience in bank operations, treasury function is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Independent, be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office is a MUST, preferably with SAP experience. 
• Candidates with less experience can considered as Assistant Accounting Officer.
• Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage.
