Job Duties:

• Maintains commission information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Resolves commission discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides commission information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains commission operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong Excel and spread sheeting skills (including vlookup, pivot tables, formulas setting)
• Able to work in a self-sufficient manner; detailed-minded and strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with different parties
• Good communication in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
