Job Duties:

• Prepare transaction structure, corporate financing proposals and presentations;
• Handle corporate finance initiatives including M&A, trade finance facility application, structure loan negotiation, corporate finance advisory transactions
• Manage relationships with external parties, in particular the commercial banks and investors relevant to corporate finance function;
• Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements, rules and regulations in relation to corporate financing;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline;
• Over 8 – 10 years relevant experience in commercial banks, together with a proven track record;
• Solid experience in handing trade finance facility application and approval in commercial banks;
• Familiar with Mainland Chinese company culture;
• Strong financial modeling skills;
• Management and leadership abilities;
• Familiar with the Securities and Futures Ordinance, rules and regulations;
• Sound knowledge in asset management, investment products, fund setup are definitely advantageous;
• Confident, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills;
• High proficiency in written English and Chinese, with verbal fluency in Mandarin;
• Current SFC license holder, or member of HKICPA, CFA, etc. is preferable.
