Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including Monthly Reports, Management Account, Group consolidation, Annual Audit, Tax Computation, AR, AP and control of cash flow, budget and forecast reports for analysis, Bank Reconciliation
- Responsible for daily accounting duties, book-keeping and data entry, invoice, receipts and payment processing
- Inventory and cost control
- Assist in administrative and receptionist duty, including answering calls, handling courier/mail
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Peachtree, other accounting software is an advantage
- Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or above with LCC Higher or related discipline
- Minimum 3 -5 years relevant working experience
- Mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Positive working attitude with ability to identify and solve problems
- Attention to details, well organize with strong sense of resposibilities
- Hardworking, team player and willing to learn
- Immediately available is preferred
