Credit Controller (Assistant Manager) - Hong Kong - Permanent

Our Client, a reputable corporate service provider is seeking a Credit Controller -Assistant Manager to join their growing team.

Invoicing and Collection:

• Responsible for accurate and on-time issuance and payment applications of all customer invoices & credit notes
• Good customer service to external stakeholders 
• Responsible for Order-to-Cash (O2C) end-to-end process

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead and manage the Fund application team. Other duties include:

• Monitor fund application and bank reconciliations in various systems
• Other reconciliations to be completed on time
• Support system integration (Design and test)
• Train and mentor junior staff on complex matters
• Ensure that corporate policies are adhered to
• Month end  closing
• Put in place remedial action plans to identify risks and quality
• Ensure effective and timely communication of process and control requirements to external and internal customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• CPA/HKICPA Qualified or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience
• Proven track record of successful process improvements
• Experience in Shared Services/ Professional firms will be an advantage
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Written and spoken)
