Our client is a leading property developer in Hong Kong having prestige residential portfolio across Hong Kong and China. Since they are currently working on few luxury property projects, they are now looking high caliber to join their finance team

Responsibilities

• Prepare various kinds of management reports and ad hoc analysis for management;
• Support the group financial analysis and monitor the group performance index;
• Assist in Hong Kong tax planning and handle tax related issues;
• Assist in annual and interim reporting work;
• Liaise with different business units in Hong Kong and PRCto manage accounting and internal control issues;
• Support ad hoc projects such as merger & acquisition and major business transactions.
  
  

 Requirements

• Degree holder in an international recognized University;
• A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• 5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years with Big 4 / large audit firm / listed company is a must for applying for the position of Assistant Finance Manager;
• With HK tax planning experience or PRC working experience especially in PRC property development related business would be a definite advantage;
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills;
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in Putonghua;
• Occasional travel to PRC.

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
