FINANCE OFFICE

The appointee is expected to:

- perform general accounting work and payment processing;

- process budgetary control, voucher input, journal entries and verify receipts of goods/services against suppliers’ invoices;

- prepare analysis schedules and monthly bank reconciliations;

- prepare year-end analysis schedules; and

- perform ad-hoc tasks and clerical duties as assigned.

Applicants should have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007), Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), and Mathematics, or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, and preferably with LCC Intermediate level in Book-keeping and Accounts. Higher and relevant academic and professional qualifications may have an advantage. He/She must have at least three years of work experience in accounting field and have good communication skills, be self-motivated, mature, team-oriented and proficient in computer applications (MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word), with hands-on experience in using Oracle financial system is an advantage.

Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, ideally with a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume processing function would be desirable. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer application test.

Work location: Kowloon Tong Campus (tentatively until November 2018) and Tsuen Wan Campus (tentatively from November 2018 onwards)

Reference salary range: HK$15,000 - HK$23,000 per month

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
