Responsibilities include:    

• Direct report to Controller and be responsible for full spectrum of accounting daily operations, including month-end and year-end closing for a group of companies
• Handle full set of accounts and prepared consolidated financial statement at group level
• Ensure regulatory compliance on financial reporting and taxation to relevant local laws and regulations
• Co-ordinate daily operations with outside business partners, including bankers, auditors, professionals and government authorities
• Undertake various business projects financial and process analysis, and develop performance measures in order to provide management with accurate and reliable information for business and strategic decision making
• Contribute to the improvement of management reporting and operating systems
• Assist in development and implementation of accounting policy, procedures and controls
• Provide strong support to the Controller in all ad hoc projects    

Background Qualifications:

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance, with professional qualification in ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, finance/accounting gained in medium to sizable firm preferred
• Previous experiences in fund accounting and knowledge of investment modelling is a plus
• Familiar with IFRS, and HK & PRC taxation and regulations

• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, independent, organized & result oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
