Responsible for month end closing, expense reimbursement and stock reconciliation

Closely communicate with the Suppliers for the expense claimed

Coordinate with warehouse colleagues and logistics operators

Conduct periodic stock take

Maintain system data

Conduct User Acceptance Test
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Computing, Mathematics or equivalent

2 years’ experience in handling a lot of documents and stock items will be an advantageous

Excellent reconciliation skill
-
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial modelling

Conversant with Database Management and System Flow
