Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process both local and foreign outward remittance transactions, internal transfer and bank charges claim, etc
• Assist in customer transaction monitoring; perform sanction screening and identify suspicious transactions to ensure all transactions comply with internal rules and regulatory requirements
• Collect e-banking fees and follow up unsettled charges with customer
• Prepare daily transaction reconciliation report
• Provide back up and administrative support to the department including data maintenance in remittance system, filing and storage of transaction file copies
  
  

Requirements:

• Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education level with around 1 year’s relevant experience. Degree/Diploma holder with lesser experience are also welcome to apply
• Good command in both English and Chinese, knowledge in Hanyu Pinyin, especially the major cities and provinces in China is a plus
• Multi-tasking, attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• A team player with good customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
