Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our clients to identify key control areas and respective risks of existing operations
• Design and implement appropriate tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems and procedures, and ensure the compliance with internal and regulatory rules and requirements
• Assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing operations and ensuring compliance with internal and external rules, policies and regulations
• Conduct internal audit tests and compile internal control review reports
• Provide professional advice to respective business units regarding internal control system, risk management framework and anti-money laundering issues
• Prepare business plan, audit summary, management report and risk management reports
• Review daily liquid capital computation of licensed corporations
• Develop productive working relationship with clients and maintain good communication with all related units and stakeholders
• Handle other ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years solid experience in audit or internal control, preferably in asset management sector
• Familiar with projects such as PN21 internal control assessment is preferred
• Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Strong PC and report writing skills
• Good communication skill, self-motivated, responsible and independent
