Job Description
We are currently expanding our businesses in public relations and other diversified services and are urgently inviting suitable candidates to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to general office administration and human resources including data processing and filing
- Perform daily accounting duties, including billings and payments processing and expenses reimbursement, etc
- Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries in courteous manner
- Carry out ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above
- At least 1 year administrative experience
- Good in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated, energetic and well organized
- Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Familiar with PC operations (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
