Responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller and supervise an accounting to carry out daily accounting operations for the manufacturing plant
• Responsible for budgetary control and financial analyses
• Support to drive and review the costing mechanism
• Liaise and work closely with production team on BOM review and updates
• Develop and maintain cost database for analyses and various management reports
• Review and enhance the appropriate internal control and procedures according to the compliances of GMP, GSP, etc.
• Prepare timely monthly management and accounting reports
• Liaise with internal departments to identity costing process for efficiency improvement
• Liaise with external auditors for audit engagement
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above preferred in Accounting and/or Finance
• At least 10 years relevant experience in sizable company in which 5 years in supervisory level
• Qualified member of HKICPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• Mature and tactful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred with manufacturing cost accounting and/or with consultancy experience
• Knowledge of Oracle and ERP is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independentlyand under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
• Require to work in HK manufacturing plant located in Yuen Long upon request
• Require to travel to Shenzhen, PRC upon request (occasionally)
• Immediately available preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Manager
