Responsibilities:

-          Responsible for monthly financial review and analysis, quarterly forecast,
           corporate budget and strategic planning

-          Analyze and evaluate business performance and corporate risks

-          Develop and maintain effective internal control systems and procedures

-          Participate in strategic investment, financial planning and projects

-          Preparation of annual and monthly management reports

-          Preparing financial projections

-          Review and validate the budget or forecast submitted by functional
           departments

-          Work closely with the business to evaluate, monthly results and performance
           gaps, and recommend remedial actions

-          Assist in other ad hoc projects or assignments

Requirements:

-          A qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years professional experience in
           similar capacity and gained from multinational, listed companies or Big 4.

-         China accounting knowledge is an advantage

-         Member of HKICPA, ACCA or similar professional bodies, Bachelor degree
          holder or above

-         Familiar with SAP system

-         Strong leadership skills and business acumen

-         Well-organized, self-motivated, committed, able to work independently and
          meet tight deadline

-         Good interpersonal, analytical and computer skills

-         Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is
          preferable
