Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange payments to suppliers;
- Prepare debit notes and credit notes;
- Prepare vouchers and cheques;
- Maintain bank book and bank reconciliation;
- Prepare daily cash balance report and assist in cashflow forecast;
- Data input and filing;
- Prepare month end schedules and other accounting related reports;
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required;
Job Requirements:
- F.7/DSC/Diploma or above
- LCC higher or relevant accounting qualification
- 2 years or above relevant experience in accounting field
- Proficient in using Excel and Chinese word processing
- Experience in Microsoft NAV accounting system is a plus
- Self-motivated, well organized, responsible & hard working
- Immediate available is preferred
